James Hunter is a lawyer and partner at Mills & Reeve LLP, where he is head of the firm’s corporate practice. James is an experienced M&A lawyer, advising clients when they buy or sell businesses, as well as working on complex joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, partnerships, fundraising and other corporate matters. James is also a non-executive director of Barratt & Cooke, one of the oldest independently owned stockbroking businesses in the country, based in Norwich.
