Application Process

When we receive an application, we will aim to acknowledge it within a few days. We will be in touch with further details about the process to the contact(s) named on the application form. 

For entry into Pre-Reception, children are invited into school to spend about 45 minutes playing in the Pre-Reception classroom under the guidance of the Head of EYFS.

For entry into Reception and Year 1, children are invited to spend about an hour in school where they will experience some individual and group activities designed to gauge independence of thought, curiosity and sociability.

For entry into Year 2-6 children are invited to spend the morning in school where they will experience some individual and group activities designed to gauge independence of thought, curiosity, sociability as well as basic skills in numeracy and literacy. Children for entry in Year 3-6 will have an informal meeting with the Head of the Lower School, offering a valuable opportunity to find out more about them

For children in Year 1 and above, we will ask your child’s current school for a reference.
